I have spent ABOUT ten years turning ambitious ideas into productions that work — creatively, operationally and financially.

My contribution often begins before the shoot. I assess feasibility, build budgets and timelines, define workflows, assemble the right partners and make sure responsibilities are clear. Then I stay with the project through production, on-set delivery and post.

I work independently or embedded within brand, studio and agency teams. Depending on the assignment, I step in as a Senior Producer, Project Manager or Production Consultant — always with the same objective: turning complex planning into a controlled, fluid execution.

Colleagues and clients value my calm approach, attention to detail, transparent communication and ability to keep people focused on the project rather than the pressure around it.
